Proacta SA receives positive recommendation to support the project
We are pleased to announce that our project “Development of a platform for automatic analysis of laboratory test results based on the Dbam o Siebie Smart LAB solution” was ranked second in the Medical Research Agency competition (2024/ABM/06/KPO).
On December 20, 2024, the project successfully passed the formal evaluation stage, and today its recommendation for financial support has been officially confirmed. The amount of funding awarded is PLN 3,980,544.00, and our score is 55.5 points, which places us among the best innovative solutions.
This is a great honor and proof of the innovation and quality of the solutions we develop. Our Dbam o Siebie Smart LAB platform is the future of laboratory diagnostics – we support patients in better understanding their test results by automating data analysis and interpretation.
We would like to thank the entire team who contributed to this success. The next stage lies ahead of us – the implementation of the project and further development of technology that will revolutionize access to medical knowledge.

Dates for submitting periodic reports in 2025
The Management Board of Proacta SA, based in Warsaw, hereby announces that periodic reports for the 2025 financial year will be submitted on the following dates:
- Quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2024 – February 14, 2025.
- Quarterly report for the first quarter of 2025 – May 15, 2025.
- Annual report for 2024 – June 2, 2025.
- Quarterly report for Q2 2025 – August 14, 2025
- Quarterly report for Q3 2025 – November 14, 2025
Any changes to the dates of submission of periodic reports will be announced in the form of a current report.

Changes in the composition of the Company's governing bodies
The Management Board of Proacta SA, with its registered office in Warsaw, hereby announces that on December 23, 2024, Mr. Arkadiusz Zachwieja resigned from his position as a Member of the Issuer’s Management Board, effective as of the same day.
At the same time, on December 23, 2024, the Company’s Supervisory Board appointed Mr. Arkadiusz Zachwieja as a member of the Company’s Supervisory Board by way of co-optation.
The Management Board and the Supervisory Board would like to thank Mr. Arkadiusz Zachwieja for his contribution to the Company’s activities as a Member of the Management Board and express their conviction that his experience and competence will be equally valuable in his new role as a Member of the Supervisory Board.
