Dates for submitting periodic reports in 2025

The Management Board of Proacta SA, based in Warsaw, hereby announces that periodic reports for the 2025 financial year will be submitted on the following dates:

• Quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2024 – February 14, 2025.
• Quarterly report for the first quarter of 2025 – May 15, 2025.
• Annual report for 2024 – June 2, 2025.
• Quarterly report for Q2 2025 – August 14, 2025
• Quarterly report for Q3 2025 – November 14, 2025

Any changes to the dates of submission of periodic reports will be announced in the form of a current report.
